All political parties should ensure the sanctity of the Parliament, says PM
1 min readPrime Minister Imran Khan, on Monday, met Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser in Islamabad and exchanged views on the parliamentary system of the country.
According to the details, the prime minister, during the meeting, said that Parliament is the biggest constitutional and key institution of the country not only for legislation but for the continuity of democracy as well.
The premier also added that the public always looks towards their elected representatives to raise their voices in the parliament for the resolution of their problems. And Parliament's real strength lies in serving the masses and upholding the Constitution.
Khan said that all political parties should keep that in mind and ensure the sanctity of this sacred institution.
