Did Mawra Hocane hint at leaving acting industry?
Pakistani actress Mawra Hocane has suggested that she may leave the acting industry to focus on her law degree.
In an interview, Hocane expressed her aspiration to become a lawyer, stating, “I only like two professions: acting and babysitting. I have no interest in any other job.”
She explained that she has struggled to balance her legal education with her acting career, noting, “Unfortunately, I can’t utilize my law degree. Five years ago, I thought I could manage both law and acting, but I now realize that’s not feasible.”
Hocane emphasized the importance of fully committing to any career she pursues. “If I decide to pursue law, I will fully commit to it and leave acting behind,” she said.
The actress revealed that she has completed her LLB and needs nine weeks to finish her bar course, which will require her to travel to London. While she is open to further studies, she has yet to decide when she will pursue them.
