Over three family members gunned down on way to court in Tandlianwala
Over three people, including a woman, her son, and nephew, were gunned down by rivals while they were on their way to court for a hearing in Tandlianwala, Faisalabad.
This incident took place near Wan Mochian Stop, where the attackers lay in wait and opened fire, killing a woman, Zehra Bibi, her son Abbas, and her nephew Muzammil on the spot.
According to police, all three victims were traveling on a motorcycle when they were ambushed.
The assailants are reportedly involved in a longstanding feud with the victims, including ongoing murder cases between the two parties.
Following the incident, the Regional Police Officer (RPO) took immediate notice and formed special teams to track down and arrest the suspects. The search operation is currently underway.
In a similar situation, a man was shot and killed near Tooba Mosque in Karachi’s Defence area in what police suspect was a robbery attempt gone wrong.
