Governor Kamran Tessori sends Eid ul-Fitr greetings

Over 100 citizens have fallen victim to dumper violence this year, says Farooq Sattar

The Governor of Sindh Kamran Tessori has extended warm Eid al-Fitr greetings to all Muslims, emphasizing that Allah has kept him engaged in serving the public throughout Ramadan.

He highlighted the organization of an Iftar for 1 million people in the name of unity and noted that prizes, including plots and Umrah tickets, were distributed daily to the residents of Karachi.

The Governor stated that as long as he holds this position, he will continue to serve humanity.

Farooq Sattar wishes Eid Mubarak

Senior leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) Farooq Sattar also congratulated everyone on Eid with a heavy heart, stating that they are celebrating the occasion simply.

He expressed concern over the fact that over 100 citizens have fallen victim to dumper violence this year and emphasized that they would not rest until the killers are apprehended.

Sattar pointed out the unrest present in Sindh’s cities and called on the government to pay attention to the issue of terrorism.

He urged that the upcoming budget should provide hope to the public and advocated for a reduction in electricity prices by 10 rupees per unit.

Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui wishes Eid Mubarak

Chairman of MQM Pakistan Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui addressed the media, expressing that for the past year, the people have faced oppression and tyranny.

He mentioned that the dumper mafia and robbers are all non-locals, stating that the city cannot be left in its current state.

Siddiqui criticized the current management of the city, stating that it cannot continue as it is. He also noted that the Governor’s House has been turned into a center of service and reaffirmed their support for democracy.

He stressed that it is now the duty of the federation and the government to resolve public issues, calling for immediate action to address the challenges facing the community.

Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated across Pakistan with religious enthusiasm, as large congregations offered prayers and prayed for the Muslim Ummah, including the people of occupied Kashmir and Palestine, as well as Pakistan’s prosperity.
