Murree announces traffic management plan for Eid ul-Fitr holidays
The City Traffic Police Murree has announced a comprehensive traffic management plan for the Eidul Fitr holidays.
More than 200 traffic wardens will be deployed to assist visitors.
Significant changes include implementing one-way traffic on five major roads in Murree:
- Viewforth Road
- Bank Road, Hall Road
- Kuldana Road
- Ridge Bell Road.
Additionally, Mall Road will be closed to all vehicles.
To alleviate congestion, five sectors have been designated to improve traffic flow.
Eid-ul-Fitr is being celebrated across Pakistan with religious enthusiasm, as large congregations offered prayers and prayed for the Muslim Ummah, including the people of occupied Kashmir and Palestine, as well as Pakistan’s prosperity.
