Nine players from Pakistan’s ODI squad depart for New Zealand

Nine members of Pakistan’s ODI squad have departed from Lahore to New Zealand via Dubai to participate in the upcoming three-match One Day International (ODI) series against the Black Caps.

According to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the travelling players include captain Mohammad Rizwan, Babar Azam, Abdullah Shafique, Imam-ul-Haq, Tayyab Tahir, Naseem Shah, Faheem Ashraf, Wasim Jr., and Akif Javed.

The ODI series is set to commence on March 29, with all eyes on both teams as they prepare for the 50-over contest.

Meanwhile, in the ongoing five-match T20I series, New Zealand currently leads 2-1 against Pakistan.
