Pakistan bowled out for 10th lowest total in T20 history
Pakistan endured one of their worst T20 batting collapses, getting bowled out for 105 runs in just 16.2 overs against New Zealand in the fourth T20 — their 10th-lowest total in T20 cricket history.
Batting first, New Zealand posted a commanding 220 for 6 in their allotted 20 overs in Mount Maunganui.
Tim Seifert (44), Finn Allen (50), and captain Michael Bracewell (46) led the charge for the hosts, dismantling Pakistan’s bowling attack.
Haris Rauf picked up three wickets, Abrar Ahmed took two, while Abbas Afridi claimed one.

In response, Pakistan’s batting line-up crumbled under pressure. Opener Mohammad Haris managed just 2 runs, while Khushdil Shah (6), Hasan Nawaz (1), captain Agha Salman (1), Shadab Khan (1), and Abbas Afridi (1) all failed to make an impact. Abdul Samad was the only bright spot, scoring 44 runs.
This marks the second time Pakistan have been dismissed for 105 runs in a T20, having previously suffered the same fate against New Zealand at Sky Stadium in 2018.
Their lowest-ever T20 total remains 74 runs against Australia.
With the series now sealed by New Zealand, the fifth and final T20I will take place on 26 March, before the two sides face off in the upcoming ODI series.
