President Zardari arrives in Lahore, expected to meet Nawaz Sharif
President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari has arrived in Lahore on a two-day visit, with a key meeting expected between him and PML-N President Nawaz Sharif.
Sources indicate that their discussions will focus on the challenges faced by the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in Punjab. Punjab Governor Sardar Saleem Haider is also likely to attend the meeting.
Key decisions are expected to address PPP’s concerns in the province. Additionally, the president will hold meetings with central Punjab leaders to discuss party affairs and regional issues.
During his last visit, Zardari was unable to meet with central Punjab leadership, making these upcoming engagements particularly significant.
