Nawaz Sharif: No room for artificial political crisis
Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has vowed that no attempts to create an artificial political crisis will be allowed to succeed.
He accused a certain political group of lacking the ability to engage in serious negotiations and political understanding.
“The people of Pakistan will no longer allow anyone to disrupt the country’s progress and development,” said the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader.
“Those unfamiliar with the principles of politics and democracy will not be permitted to use long marches, sit-ins, or violent protests as tools of disruption.”
Meeting with Senator Irfan Siddiqui
Nawaz Sharif made these remarks during a meeting with Senator Irfan Siddiqui, the PML-N’s Parliamentary Leader in the Senate and Chairman of the Senate Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs.

The meeting took place at Jati Umra, where they discussed the current political landscape.
During the discussion, Sharif emphasised the need for a peaceful and progressive Pakistan, particularly for the youth.
He lamented that had the development and prosperity of 2013 continued at the same pace, Pakistan would not have needed the IMF or external financial aid.
Call for political awareness
Nawaz Sharif urged parliamentarians to expose the motives of those spreading chaos and instability, both inside and outside the Parliament. He insisted that PML-N lawmakers must actively engage with the public and play an effective role in safeguarding political stability.
Senator Irfan Siddiqui briefed the PML-N president on the party’s performance in the Senate, reaffirming their commitment to the party’s policies.
With political tensions on the rise, Nawaz Sharif’s statements signal a firm stance against opposition-led disruptions, reinforcing PML-N’s focus on economic stability and governance.
