Nawaz Sharif: Time has proven that opponents only know hatred, envy and insults

Sharif says if development had continued, Pakistan would be far ahead today

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that the recent reduction in the policy rate has helped restore confidence among the business community.

In a meeting with Punjab Assembly members from various districts, including Bahawalpur, Rahim Yar Khan, Muzaffargarh, Layyah, Dera Ghazi Khan, and Rajanpur, Nawaz Sharif praised the government’s economic measures.

He noted that after difficult economic conditions, inflation has decreased and that further reductions in prices will offer more relief to the public.

“Alhamdulillah, construction work has resumed, and global financial institutions are recognising the efforts of Shehbaz Sharif,” said Nawaz.

Nawaz also criticised the opposition, saying that time has shown that their only contribution is bitterness, envy, insults, and rudeness.
