Unknown assailants collided their vehicle with the car of Judge Arshad Javed, who presides over an anti-terrorism court, on Canal Road in Lahore.

While the crash caused damage to his vehicle, Judge Javed was unharmed and continued on to court as planned.

The damaged car has since been sent for repairs, and authorities have launched an investigation into the incident, although the identities and motives of the attackers are still unknown.

Judge Javed safely arrived at the Anti-Terrorism Court in Lahore, and his car has been sent to a workshop for repairs.

Judge Arshad Javed is currently hearing various cases related to the events of May 9, including cases involving PTI leaders Azam Swati, Omar Ayub, Sarfraz Cheema, Sanam Javaid, Aleema Khan, and others.

Similarly, on August 2, at least two policemen were killed during an attack on a convoy carrying judges in the Hathala area of Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. The convoy included Additional Judge Tang Hasnain, Additional Sessions Judge South, and Senior Civil Judge Mah Jabeen, who were all unharmed in that attack.
