An anti-terrorism court in Lahore issued a bailable arrest warrant for PTI activist and fashion designer Khadija Shah in a case pertaining to the Lahore Corps Commander House (Jinnah House) attack case.

ATC judge Arshad Javed issued the warrant after Khadija failed to appear in court. The case has been registered at the Sarwar Road Police Station.

She was released by an ATC in Quetta on December 28, 2023, for want of evidence in a case relating to incitement to violence on May 9 following former prime minister Imran Khan’s arrest in a graft case.

Khadija was arrested in cases of attacks on the Lahore corps commander’s house, Askari Tower and torching police vehicles near Rahat bakery in the cantonment.
