Jinnah House attack case: PTI’s Sanam Javed among five granted bail
An anti-terrorism court in Lahore on Wednesday granted bail to five including PTI activist Sanam Javed in the Jinnah House attack case.
ATC judge Arshad Javed announced the verdict of approving the bail requests of five including Sanam Javed, Syed Faisal, Umair, Afshan Tariq, and Ali Hassan, while dismissing the bail application of Rubina Jameel.
All the suspects were arrested after the police started cracking down on protesters who attacked state buildings and military installations when former prime minister Imran Khan was arrested on May 9 in a graft case.
A case was registered against the above-mentioned suspects at the Sarwar Road Police Station in Lahore for allegedly attacking Jinnah House.
Sanam Javed and five other female PTI workers were rearrested on September 20, after a special court of anti-terrorism court in Lahore granted them bail in the Jinnah House attack case.

“Five females including Sanam Javed and 6 male workers who were granted bail by ATC LHR on 23.09, re 9th May case have been reportedly rearrested from Kotlakhpat jail,” barrister Khadija Siddiqi said in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter.
