Judge Dilawar has registered Rs2.5 billion worth of land: Musaddiq Abbasi

A Judicial Magistrate in Bannu has issued arrest warrants for Special Judge of the FIA Court Islamabad, Humayun Dilawar, and others in a case of illegal occupation of government land.

The Anti-Corruption Department obtained the arrest warrants for Humayun Dilawar, his brother Sadiq Dilawar, and father Dilawar Khan from the court.

According to the case, the accused, after fraudulently registering the land in their names through a court decision, included it in a housing society, causing a loss of millions of rupees to the government.

Special Assistant to the Chief Minister for Anti-Corruption, Musaddiq Abbasi, stated that Judge Humayun Dilawar, his brother, and father are involved in fraud and creating fake land documents.

He alleged that Judge Dilawar has registered Rs2.5 billion worth of land in his and his brother’s names, and evidence is available to support this claim.
