Peshawar’s famous restaurant owner of Charsi Tikka has been arrested once again after a fresh video with a foreign female tourist went viral on social media in which he was seen behaving inappropriately.

Tayyab Jan, a superintendent of Police said they took notice of a new video trending on the internet and immediately arrested Nisar, the owner of the restaurant who remained in police custody.

Nisar was previously arrested on September 21 when his video with a foreign national’s women had spread on social media that showed him acting unsuitably towards foreign tourists.

A copy of the FIR said that locals had complained that Nisar was involved in ‘obscene acts’ in front of his restaurant, often with foreign women.

Nisar repeated his act with another woman tourist which led him imprisoned.
