The invesitgation has also revealed that six PTI leaders made a total of 215 from six PTI leaders to people present in and around the site of the riots.

  • Yasmin Rahid - 41 phone calls
  • Murad Raas - 23 phone calls
  • Aslam Iqbal - 16 phone calls

Police sources have also claimed that the plan to attack the Corps Commander House had been made in advance in Zaman Park in case Imran Khan was arrested.

Protests had broken out across Pakistan after Imran Khan had been taken into custody from the Islamabad High Court. The protests had turned violent in many places, including in Lahore where the Corps Commander’s residence had been attacked and ransacked by protestors.

Imran Khan has since claimed that the attack had been orchestrated to frame his party, while the government says the plan had been made in advance.
