Nawaz Sharif must be brought back to Pakistan: Fawad
LAHORE: Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain on Friday said that Lahore High Court should move on to Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz Sharif's case and bring him back to the country.
Talking to reporters in Lahore the minister said the cases of Shehbaz Sharif should also be taken on day-to-day basis.
Speaking about the country's economy the minister said that Pakistan's economy would be far better in 2022.
Rejecting the opposition's claims of falling economy the minister said that the country's economy is heading in the right direction and that there was no need to panic.
The minister stressed that Pakistan was economically and politically stable, adding that country's economy witnessed 5 percent growth and will grow further.
He said that due to the recent appreciation of rupee against dollar inflation in the country would also decline in next three to four months.
"If Imran Khan had not been the prime minister of Pakistan the country would have been bankrupt," Fawad said.
He said that the country was paying the price of the legacy left by the past regimes of Asif Ali Zardari and Nawaz Sharif.
