KARACHI: In three alleged encounters with police and Rangers personnel, at least three gang war accused were killed  and weapons recovered from them in Lyari area, Aaj News reported on Friday morning.

According to SP City Shiraz Nazir, two police encounters took place at Kalri and Kalakot in which two gang war accused were killed and weapons were also recovered from their custody.

The accused were involved in murder, kidnapping for ransom and extortion incidents, claimed Police officials.

Meanwhile, in alleged police encounter at Baghdadi, Lyari,  one more gangster was killed on the spot, police said.
