Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have been announced holidays for Eid ul-Fitr.

According to a notification from the Punjab School Education Department, students will have holidays from March 28 to April 2, with all educational institutions reopening on April 3.

The notification clarifies that board examinations will proceed as scheduled, and the Punjab Education Minister confirmed the announcement via social media.

Board examinations in Lahore have been scheduled to proceed as planned.

Eid ul-Fitr holidays in KP

Meanwhile, KP has also declared public holidays for Eid ul-Fitr from March 31 to April 2.

A notification from the KP provincial government grants three days off to government employees, with all government offices set to remain closed throughout the holiday period.
