Military honours announced for 764 officers and personnel
President Asif Ali Zardari has announced military honours for officers and personnel of the Pakistan Armed Forces.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), a total of 764 officers and personnel from the Pakistan Army, Navy, and Air Force have been awarded various military decorations.
The announcement includes 23 officers receiving the Hilal-e-Imtiaz, 122 honoured with the Sitara-e-Imtiaz, and 133 awarded the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz.
Additionally, two officers and personnel have been conferred with the Sitara-e-Basalat, while 227 have received the Tamgha-e-Basalat.

Furthermore, 82 officers and personnel have been recognised with Certificates of Merit, while 185 have been awarded the Army Chief’s Commendation Card.
