Police vehicle turns over during encounter with fighting buffaloes
A police patrolling vehicle flipped over while attempting to navigate around two buffaloes that were clashing on the Umerkot-Mirpurkhas Highway, resulting in injuries to two policewomen and the suspect they were escorting.
The incident occurred near Mumtaz Pulia, where the police vehicle, driven by Ahmed, collided with one of the animals due to limited space while attempting to avoid the fight.
The impact caused the police pickup truck to skid off the road and fall into a ditch, leading to one buffalo’s death from the collision.
The injured parties were promptly taken to Civil Hospital for treatment.
