Punjab govt launches smart classrooms, IT city for youth empowerment
Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz announced the creation of smart classrooms and digital labs in government schools.
She stated that advancements in digital learning depend on technology and modern education. The CM Laptop Scheme is expected to be a significant initiative for students in Punjab.
On Digital Learning Day, Maryam Nawaz highlighted efforts to provide opportunities that align Punjab’s youth with the requirements of the modern job market.
Advanced IT training programs, tailored to international standards, are being introduced. She mentioned programs in artificial intelligence (AI), software development, and freelancing, along with IT course certifications that meet job market demands.
The Chief Minister confirmed that smart classrooms and digital labs are being implemented in government schools to enhance traditional education through modern technology.
