Govt Hajj Scheme: Third installment deadline is February 14
The Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced that Friday, February 14, is the final deadline for pilgrims to submit the third installment under the government Hajj scheme.
According to the ministry’s spokesperson, all registered pilgrims must deposit the required amount at designated banks by tomorrow, or their applications may face cancellation.
The spokesperson further emphasised that pilgrims should obtain a computerised receipt from their respective bank branches after making the payment to ensure proper documentation.

Additionally, the ministry has clarified that pilgrims can modify certain aspects of their Hajj arrangements, including sacrificial services, accommodation preferences, duration of stay, and departure locations, by making necessary changes at their designated bank branches.
Meanwhile, the refund process for the Rs4.75 billion savings from the 2024 Hajj scheme is currently underway.
Most banks have already transferred the refunds to the accounts of last year’s pilgrims.
Those who have not yet received their refunds have been advised to contact their respective bank branches for further assistance.
