Court documents have unveiled startling claims regarding Fox Sports host Joy Taylor’s alleged use of sexual relationships to boost her career within the sports media landscape, according to media reports.

A lawsuit filed in Los Angeles by hair stylist Noushin Faraji contains serious accusations against Taylor, former NFL player Emmanuel Acho, and Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon.

The lawsuit asserts that Taylor, 37, purportedly schemed to leverage her connections with Dixon and Acho to advance her professional goals.

Among the most troubling allegations is that Taylor intended to fabricate a sexual misconduct claim against ‘Dixon once he was no longer advantageous to her career.’ The document reportedly includes a statement indicating that “Once Mr Dixon was no longer useful to [Taylor], she would follow through on her plan to tell the company that he forced himself on her.”

The lawsuit has brought serious allegations against several notable figures and entities, including Dixon, former FS1 host Skip Bayless, and the Fox Corporation. The case addresses claims of sexual battery, retaliation, and a hostile work environment, reportedly occurring from 2012 to 2024.

In the lawsuit, plaintiff Faraji alleges that Bayless offered her $1.5 million in exchange for sex and accuses Dixon of groping her. Taylor is alleged to have dismissed Faraji’s complaints about sexual harassment from both Bayless and Dixon, reportedly telling her to “get over it.”

Faraji’s lawsuit reveals her suspicions about a possible romantic relationship between Taylor and Dixon dating back to 2016. Legal documents indicate that during a drink in Santa Monica, Faraji observed Taylor and Dixon together and interpreted their body language as indicative of an affair, despite both being married at that time. Although Faraji initially kept her concerns private, these observations became crucial to the lawsuit.

It alleged that Taylor’s career advancement at FS1 was influenced by Dixon, despite Bayless reportedly opposing her hiring. The lawsuit claims that Dixon advocated for Taylor’s hosting role against Bayless’ objections. In a pivotal dinner meeting with both men, Taylor allegedly dressed provocatively and acted in a way intended to sway Bayless, who ultimately agreed to support her hiring as a favour to Dixon.

Taylor’s marriage to Richard Giannotti reportedly ended shortly after such allegations became public. The lawsuit mentions that Giannotti grew suspicious of his wife’s relationship with Dixon during a dinner involving both couples. Following this, evidence of the alleged affair surfaced, leading to their divorce.

Faraji claims that Taylor leveraged her romantic relationships with both Dixon and Emmanuel Acho to enhance her career. In 2020, when Taylor expressed interest in joining Acho’s show, ‘Speak for Yourself,’ Faraji stated that Taylor acknowledged her romantic involvement with him. Taylor allegedly dismissed any concerns about Dixon’s possible jealousy, suggesting that once Dixon was no longer beneficial to her, she planned to accuse him of misconduct to protect her position.

In response to the serious allegations, Fox Sports issued a statement affirming that they take such claims seriously and will allow the legal process to proceed. However, neither Taylor, Bayless, nor Acho has commented publicly on the matter.
