Jemima Goldsmith was injured after a fall during a hiking trip in South Africa.

Jemima, a filmmaker who is also the former wife Imran Khan, injured her ankle and feet after the fall in Capte Town in South Africa.

She was taken to a hospital immediately where she is recovering.

Jemima took to social media to post photos of herself in the hospital and said she is stable and recovering.

One of the photos showed her in a hospital bed while another showed her standing with crutches.

She had undertaken the trip to South Africa as part of a New Year celebration.
