UAE Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has inaugurated the ‘Thank You Sheikha Hind’ campaign to express appreciation for his wife Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, according to a statement.

The campaign highlights Sheikha Hind’s significant contributions and her role in promoting Emirati family values and enhancing social unity.

Each year on January 4, which marks the anniversary of his ascension as Dubai ruler, Sheikh Mohammed launches a national initiative or transformative project.

This year, he emphasised the importance of his wife’s support, stating, “On 4 January, we have established a tradition of replacing Accession Day celebrations with unique initiatives. This year, I dedicate this day to my wife, H.H. Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum, my life partner, steadfast supporter, and the anchor of my life.”

He praised his wife as a “devoted companion and a wellspring of kindness.”

He emphasised her significance in his life, stating, “You are the beginning of my story and its most cherished chapter. You are the soul of Dubai, its heartbeat, and its source of joy.”

He encouraged everyone to show appreciation for those who stand by them, urging loyalty to life partners and supporters. Quoting Prophet Mohammed (Peace Be Upon Him), he added, “The best among you are those who are best to their families.”
