Gold prices experience minor decline in Pakistan, intl markets
Gold prices in Pakistan fell on Saturday, mirroring a decline in the international market.
In the local market, the price for a tola of gold was set at Rs274,400, reflecting a decrease of Rs300 in just one day.
The price for 10 grams of gold also saw a drop, being sold at Rs235,254 after a reduction of Rs257, as reported by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
This follows a decrease of Rs1,000 in gold prices per tola on Friday.
In the international market, gold prices also declined on Saturday, with the rate falling to $2,632 per ounce (including a $20 premium), down $3 during the day.
In contrast, silver prices remained steady at Rs3,400 per tola.

Six days ago, the price of gold per tola was Rs276,200 following a single-day decline of Rs1,100.
The price for gold per tola decreased by Rs3,000, bringing it to Rs271,700 on October 9.
