Sheikh Waqas Akram reveals more names of potential dissenters in constitutional amendment saga
PTI Information Secretary, Sheikh Waqas Akram, has revealed some names of party members who voted for the on 26th constitutional amendment.
This development comes after Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Sher Afzal Khan Marwat, has announced the potential number dissenting members.
Akram highlighted that more names would be disclosed soon, asserting that these individuals have left their future generations with nothing to show.
He emphasized the importance of calling out wrongdoing, stating that voters in the affected constituencies would hold these members accountable for their deceit.
This comes on the heels of claims made by senior journalist Azaz Syed, who reported that several PTI-affiliated Members of the National Assembly (MNAs)—including Muhammad Ilyas Chaudhary, Usman Ali, Mubarak Zeb, Zahoor Hussain Qureshi, and Aurangzeb Khan Khichi are poised to vote in favor of the government.
