One person was killed and two injured in a blast near the Spinny Road in Balochistan’s Quetta on Thursday, police said.

Police have cordoned off the area and a bomb disposal squad has reached the site of the incident.

Meanwhile, one person was injured near Abdul Haq Chowk in Turbat.

The Election Commission of Pakistan has taken notice of the blast in Quetta, Turbat, and Jaffarabad and sought reports from the Balochistan inspector general and chief secretary.
