Cricket fraternity wishes Sarfaraz Ahmed happy birthday
The cricket fraternity has joined hands to wish former Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed a happy birthday as he turns 36 Monday.
The ICC Champions Trophy 2017 winner is currently participating in domestic cricket to regain his form ahead of the ICC Cricket World Cup.
The wicketkeeper-batter has represented Pakistan in 51 Tests, 117 ODIs, and 61 T20Is and scored over 6,100 runs combined.
On his 36th birthday, cricketers and fans join hands on Twitter and shared messages for the former captain.
All-rounder Mohammad Nawaz wrote: “Happy Birthday Sarfaraz Bhai, Shukriya Kaptaan [Thank you captain] for being there for me from my PSL debut to my Pakistan debut. May you have many more.”
Renowned cricket journalist Saj Sadiq shared list of Sarfaraz’s achievements.
Moreover, the International Cricket Council (ICC) also wished his happy birthday by sharing clips of his 2019 World Cup dismissals.
