Social media users can’t get enough of the new Coke Studio song “Go” featuring singing sensation Atif Aslam and musical prodigy Abdullah Siddiqui. Described as “an ode to sensitivity,” the track is a surprising Urdu and English hybrid, with a fusion of classical and modern instruments.

Siddiqui, who is a music producer and was mainly behind the camera till now (apart from an appearance in Meesha Shafi's Hot Mango Chutney Sauce), took the center stage with Aslam, leaving quite an impression with his vocals.

Taking to Instagram, Siddiqui thanked Coke Studio producer Xulfi for letting him “make a wonky desi hyperpop” track and for letting him bring Aslam into it. “Thank you for being there to guide me through all my panic and anxiety, and for creating an artistically generous environment for me to work in,” he said.

The music producer has proved to be a gamechanger for the latest season of Coke Studio. Siddiqui also thanked Aslam and gave him credit for “elevating” the song. “Your voice is what fuels this song,” he said.

Fans of both artists are raving about 'Go' on social media.

Some provided a visual representation of themselves while listening to the track.

Many called Aslam the epitome of versatility.

One person thanked Coke Studio for offering the platform to young talented people.
