Sialkot teen becomes second youngest Pakistani to score triple century
Mohammad Huraira, 19, on Monday scored a triple century in Pakistan's domestic Quaid-e-Azam Trophy tournament, becoming the second-youngest player after legendary batter Javed Miandad to score a triple ton in first-class cricket.
The PCB shared the development in a tweet.
The Sialkot-born batter, who is playing for Northern in the tournament, reached the milestone on the third day of their first-class match against Balochistan at the State Bank of Pakistan Stadium in Karachi.
Huraira's triple ton came in only 327 deliveries. So far, Huraira has scored two centuries in nine first class appearances.
With this innings, the youngster joins a select group of batsmen to smash a triple ton before turning 20.
