Pakistan recorded decline in daily Covid positivity rate as the country reported 4.68 per cent coronavirus rate in the last 24 hours, according to the National Command and Operation Centre data.

Out of the 55,027 tests conducted on Saturday, 2,580 people tested positive for the virus.

According to the NCOC data, 71 people died of the coronavirus in the last 24 hours, while the total death toll has reached to 27,206 mark.

A decline is also witnessed in the number of Covid patients who are on critical care as 4,964 people infected with the virus are in critical condition across the country.
