Pakistan on Monday strongly condemned the terrorist attack by Houthi militants’ in one of the border villages in the Jazan area in Saudi Arabia. The Foreign Office (FO) in a statement called for the immediate cessation of such attacks.

According to the details, Houthi militants in Yemen launched a military projectile towards the village in Saudi Arabia on Sunday. Three civilians including a man and two children were injured in the attack and a car was damaged.

FO in the statement said that such attacks threaten regional peace and security:

"[Such] attacks threaten the peace and security of Saudi Arabia, as well as the region. We call for the immediate cessation of such attacks. Pakistan reiterates its full support and solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia against any threats to its security and territorial integrity."
