Sindh governor, Imran Ismail says all genuine reservations raised by Muttahida Qaumi Movement (Pakistan) would be addressed soon.

Talking to a private news channel, he said we will find solution of MQM-P problems and expressed hope that the PTI led government and partners would go together for betterment of people of the areas.

The Governor said opposition should not be excited on the situation, because MQM-P would remain part of government.

He said the government would complete ongoing work on five mega developmental projects in the province.

On Sunday, Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) convener and federal minister for Information Technology and Telecommunication Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui announced to leave the federal cabinet as Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) led government failed to fulfill the promises.

Addressing a press conference in Karachi, he said that holding the post in the federal ministry was raising a lot of questions.

He said that MQM-P had supported PTI in forming the government. "We are not taking back our cooperation," he clarified.

Speaking about the agreement with the government, the MQM-P convener told the media that two agreements were made with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), one in Bani Gala, the other in the Bahadurabad, in the presence of Jahangir Tareen.

Siddiqui said that they [MQM-P] had supported the federal government in every difficult phase but "injustice was still being done with Sindh".
