NAB accords approval to file six references
National Accountability Bureau has accorded approval to file six references, four inquiries and eleven investigations in different charges.
These approvals were given during the meeting of Executive Board held in Islamabad on Wednesday with Chairman Javed Iqbal in the chair.
These include reference against former chairman Pakistan Tobacco Board Sahibzada Khalid on charge of infliction of millions of rupees for illegal employment case.
Another reference would be filed against former chairman Evacuee Trust Property Board Asif Hashmi for abuse of authority and allotting 450 plots. A Reference would be filed against Former Secretary labour Sindh Nasr Hayat and others buying two hundred acre land on higher rates.
The Chairman NAB ordered to complete all inquires and investigations at the earliest as per law and no case should be delayed for indefinite period.
