Governor Sindh accepts Qaim Ali Shah resignation
-File PhotoKARACHI: Governor of Sindh Dr Ishrat Ul Ibad accepted the resignation of senior Pakistan Peoples Party Leader Syed Qaim Ali Shah from Chief Minister of Sindh, Aaj News reported.
According to reports, Shah resignation came after the decision of PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. Bilawal decided to fill the party ranks with young guns, said Adviser to the Sindh chief minister Maula Bus Chandio.
Shah had a brief stint of eight years as the CM of Sindh.
Syed Murad Ali Shah was short listed as the new CM of Sindh.
Sources claim that, a rift within the party ranks became the reason for Shah’s departure.
