ISLAMABAD:The special court, hearing the Musharraf treason trail case issued a notice to the former president's lawyers over the prosecuting team's request to summon the chief of the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology (AFIC), for cross-examination and adjourned the hearing of the case until tomorrow.

The treason trail case is led under the supervision of Justice Faisal Arab and three-member-bench. According to Justice Faisal Arab, the hearing was not postponed to grant immunity to Musharraf.

During the case, Anwar Mansoor informed that the request to review the decisions taken on 31st July against Musharraf is already in the Supreme Court.

According to Justice Faisal Arab, delay in Musharraf's case and Musharraf's presence in the court are different issues.
