MQM Chief, Altaf Hussain has made telephonic contacts with many political leaders and discussed the overall political situation in the country.

According to the media reports, MQM Quaid Altaf Hussain telephoned Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, Chaudhry Pervez Elahi of PML-Q, Pir Pagara of PML-F, Abdul Ghafoor Haidery of JUI-F, and Khursheed Qasoori.

Altaf Hussain discussed the overall situation of the country particularly after the separation of MQM from the government alliance. All the leaders agreed to work together for strengthening the democratic setup.
