South Africa beat Pakistan by 3-2 in classification match at Commonwealth Games men's hockey on Tuesday.
The defeat placed Pakistan on 6th position while South Africa climbed to 5th in the ranking. Rehan Butt scored 2 goals from Pakistan side.
South Africa won after a golden goal by Reid in extra-time.
