Pakistan clinches series with 4-wicket win over Australia in final ODI

Pakistan defeated Australia by four wickets in the third One-Day International (ODI) at Gaddafi Stadium on Thursday to take the three-match series 2-1.

Batting first, Australia was bowled out for 157 runs in 42 overs, with captain Josh Inglis top-scoring with 65. Marnus Labuschagne and Alex Carey scored 19 each, while Adam Zampa contributed 10. Seven Australian batsmen failed to reach double figures, including Matthew Short, who was dismissed without scoring.

Shaheen Shah Afridi led Pakistan’s bowling attack with three wickets, supported by Abrar Ahmed and Shadab Khan, who took two wickets each. The Australian team’s total was the lowest by any side on Pakistani soil.

Chasing 158, Pakistan reached the target in the 42nd over for the loss of six wickets.
