Saudi Arabia bars under-15 pilgrims from Hajj
1 min readSaudi Arabia has imposed a new age restriction for Hajj, barring pilgrims under 15 years of age, with Pakistan’s aviation authorities ordering immediate enforcement at airports.
Under the directive, pilgrims who have not completed 15 years of age by May 27, 2026, will not be eligible to travel for Hajj.
According to the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), Hajj visas issued to underage pilgrims have been cancelled, and all airports have been instructed to prevent such passengers from boarding flights.
Authorities confirmed that affected pilgrims will receive full refunds, as assured by Saudi officials.
The order has been issued for immediate implementation, with strict compliance required across all departure points in Pakistan.
