Gold price surges to record high in Pakistan

Per tola gold hits Rs493,662 as global market drives local surge

Gold prices in Pakistan have surged again, reaching record highs and causing concern among buyers and investors.

According to local market sources, the price of gold per tola increased by 4,300 rupees, pushing it to Rs493,662.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs3,686, reaching Rs423,235.

Global markets also saw an increase, with gold rising by 43 dollars per ounce to 4,713 dollars per ounce.

Silver prices have also climbed, with per tola silver increasing by Rs87 to Rs9,869.

Experts say fluctuations in the global market are directly impacting local bullion prices, leading both gold and silver to reach new record levels.
