Barrister Saif refutes claims of Imran Khan directing talks with establishment
KP government’s Advisor on Information, Barrister Dr. Muhammad Ali Saif has stated that the founding chairman has not assigned any new task to anyone regarding talks with the establishment and urged the media to refrain from broadcasting news based on unverified sources.
Barrister Saif further stated that during the meeting with Imran Khan, discussions were held on governmental affairs, terrorism, and matters related to Afghanistan. The founding chairman gave instructions to the Chief Minister regarding governance matters, while he was also directed to discuss issues related to terrorism and Afghanistan.
He also stated that the PTI chairman made it clear that he would not engage in talks with anyone, including the establishment, for his personal release or benefit. The founding chairman emphasized that the country’s economic growth and political stability are his top priorities, adding that economic progress is not possible without political stability.
Barrister Saif further revealed that the founding chairman asserted that efforts to sideline PTI must come to an end because PTI is a reality and must be acknowledged.
