Inside job exposed: Peshawar police nab cash van robbers in 8 hours
Police in Peshawar arrested four suspects involved in the robbery of a bank cash van, recovering a substantial amount of stolen money.
Reports indicate that both the van driver and security personnel were found to be complicit in the crime.
According to SSP Operations Masood Ahmed Bangash, the suspects were apprehended within eight hours of the bank heist, during which over Rs35 million were seized.
The owner of the security agency lauded the police for their prompt action and announced a reward of Rs1.5 million for their efforts in recovering the stolen funds.
As security concerns rise in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa due to both terrorism and increasing street crime, the police remain steadfast in their commitment to maintaining law and order.
