A shocking case of domestic violence emerged in Lahore’s Satu Katla area, where a man was tied up and brutally beaten by his brother-in-law.

The suspect filmed the incident and shared the video on social media, which quickly went viral.

According to police, the victim, identified as Yusuf, was lured to his in-laws’ house by his wife under pretences.

Once there, his brother-in-law, Ali Hassan, restrained him with ropes and subjected him to severe torture.

DIG Operations Faisal Kamran confirmed that the incident occurred two days ago. The suspect assaulted Yusuf over a domestic dispute.

Following the video’s circulation online, police took swift action and arrested Ali Hassan. A case has been registered against him.
