Gold prices in Pakistan hit record high amid global investment surge
Gold prices in Pakistan have surged to a historic high, with per tola gold rising by Rs1,100.
This increase comes amid a growing global trend of investment in gold, pushing both international and domestic prices to record levels.
In local bullion markets, the price of 24-karat gold per tola has climbed to Rs314,800 after the latest increase.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has jumped by Rs943, reaching Rs. 269,890 — the highest ever recorded.

Despite the sharp rise in gold prices, silver remained stable. The price of one tola silver held steady at Rs3,530, while 10 grams of silver remained unchanged at Rs3,026.
On the global market, the price of gold per ounce surged by $13, reaching a record high of $2,997.
