Prime Minister’s adviser, Rana Sanaullah, said that there is no doubt that India’s intelligence agency, RAW, is involved in terrorism in Pakistan.

He said that RAW is funding and supplying weapons to militants, acting as the “mother of terrorists.”

He further alleged that Afghanistan is being used as a proxy where terrorists are trained before carrying out attacks in Pakistan.

Addressing the media in Faisalabad, Rana Sanaullah condemned recent terrorist attacks, emphasising that terrorists are criminals who deserve no leniency.

He said that after every terrorist attack, Indian media launches an immediate propaganda campaign, suggesting prior knowledge of such incidents.

Afghan government’s role

The former interior minister expressed disappointment over Afghanistan’s failure to curb terrorist activities, despite Pakistan’s decades-long support for Afghan refugees. He stated that terrorist groups train in Afghanistan before carrying out deadly attacks in Pakistan.

Praising the Pakistan Army’s swift action, Sanaullah highlighted the successful operation against militants involved in the Jaffar Express attack, ensuring the safe rescue of passengers.

He reaffirmed that intelligence-based operations would continue until all terrorists are neutralised, dismissing the need for a large-scale military operation at this stage.

Sanaullah also accused a certain political party’s social media wing of echoing Indian propaganda, claiming that their narratives align with those of Indian media outlets.
