Three killed as vehicle working on Dasu Dam plunges into ravine
A vehicle working on Dasu Dam lost control and plunged into a ravine in Upper Kohistan’s Karakoram Road, Tehsil Dasu, killing three people on the spot.
According to reports, the vehicle veered off course, falling into the ravine.
Rescue 1122 teams, police, and locals rushed to the site following an alert to the control room. Despite immediate rescue efforts, all three individuals had already succumbed to their injuries.
Their bodies were shifted to Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, Dasu.

In a separate road accident in Tando Allahyar, a truck collided with a motorcycle, leaving two people dead.
Police confirmed that the victims were 23-year-old Ashok Kohli and 22-year-old Premo Kohli, both residents of Ibrahim Colony, Tando Allahyar. The truck driver has been arrested, and the vehicle has been taken into custody as investigations continue.
