A four-year-old girl, identified as Rukhsana, was tragically crushed by a van while playing outside her home in Korangi’s Mehran Town.

The accident occurred near Jalal Chowk, where a Mazda vehicle ran over the child. Her family initially took her to a private hospital, but later, her body was transferred to Jinnah Hospital.

Police have arrested the driver and initiated an investigation.

Rescue officials confirmed that the child was playing outside when she came under the wheels of the Mazda vehicle. Police seized the vehicle and moved it to the Korangi Industrial Area Police Station.

In a separate incident, a man named Asif lost his life in a traffic accident near the Malir 15 bridge. Rescue teams transferred his body to Jinnah Hospital.
